Hulk Smash! 1 Thunder Clap will take them all out. Except for possibly Echo, but she can't actually hurt Fixit so she can only hope that she can escape.

Fixit, easy IMO. While I believe Hulk is a top tier character made to thrash mid tier guys, Fixit is a mid tier guy made to rock street-levelers.
