Some people have been telling me over and over again how good he is. Can he take them all on no powers or weapons?

Yes, he's avoided speed attacks plenty of times. He can easily roll with any punch.

I think there's even a moment where he reacts fast enough to descendants of the Flash in combat.

also according to Validus: The page after the last scan shows Mon-El in the next solar system before he even realized it so it's fair to assume he was going pretty fast and even faster when Val deflected him.
