Gladiator vs Cyborg Superman

They fight at Shi'ar Empire Temple

Who wins?

newyorkcares
I think gladiato is susceptible to certain wavelengths of radiation .It is conceivable that The cyborg could replicate them and proceed to hand him his @$$.On the other hand,if he cant replicate said radio wavelengths, gladiator would probabaly punch his head clean off and fly him through tne heart of a star(which he has bragged that he can do.)
I say gladiator.

Henshaw's a monster.

Barbarian Shams
Cyborg Superman is a MONSTER and a MONSTER that can kill Gladiator in many ways. Not just with his Kryptonian powers, but with the infinite adaptibility he has. He only has to do a single bioscan to determine he has a radaition weakness, and then Hank can create a weapon to exploit that weakness. Not to mention Cyber Supes would be smart enough to figure out his confidence weakness. Cyborg wins this 10/10 without a hassle, even easier than Superman.

If you mean in the latest GLC, it was off-panel. And he had help.

if you mean in Reign of the Supermen, Henshaw has gotten a lot better since then.

Probably.

Since it was off panel, one speculation is as good as another. For all we know, the spectre himself showed up and ****ed Henshaw good for Clark.

Then again, Clark may have done it solo.

Or had help for his two kryptonian bitches.

Henshaw said "HE almost did it"meaning superman. I'll take that.

Henshaw certainly alluded to Superman, and Superman alone, almost killing him.

i havent read it, but did he mean superman almost acutally "killed" him? or just destroyed his body

batdude123
Does that really matter though?

How Superman is portrayed currently>>>Gladiator.

It does matter because people are thinking Henshaw is a god.

He's certainly above Gladiator. That's all that matters as far as this thread is concerned.

Neither. Henshaw looked completely intact...Superman had help, and it happened off panel.

Unlike when Henshaw pwned Supes pretty easily.

Oh, and Glads does use some tech to pull off some of his stuff (according to Reed)..

If that's the case...Glads gets pwned even worse.

Damaging Henshaw's physical body, isn't really something that would matter to him.

Which really makes us wonder how Superman would have almost done it.

Heat vision? Cold breath? Punches?

....

All physical. erm.

It's funny, because we've seen Henshaw's body completely shattered before, and it doesn't kill him.

So, I find what he said in the Superman Prime special to be quite hysterical.

Oh of course im not arguing that, just the wanking of Borg is getting out of hand since Avy made the respect thread.

All physical. erm. It's Superman -- His physical attacks have proven time and time again, that they are capable of almost any feat.

I'm only going by what Henshaw said: "HE almost did it."

Ok? I don't know what you're trying to prove with that one.

Damaging his corporeal form doesn't kill him, so I'm only taking what he said in the Superman Prime special with a grain of salt. It doesn't exactly help this 'point' you're trying to make.

I agree. Henshaw said it.

I just want to know HOW it happened.

I've never seen Superman do the sorts of illogical things we laugh at the Hulk writers for jotting down.

Or maybe I've just missed them.

But, manipulating energy or souls with physical strength alone?

My take is that Henshaw lowered his defenses and gave him the opportunity.

After that pwning that Henshaw gave Supes...even DC couldn't come up with a credible way for Clark to win...and I'm a fan of both.

He did tell Superman "Maybe you're to be my angel of death."

Even if he just let Superman beat on him...

How would that do a damned thing? He could be broken into a dozen pieces and still be chilling.

I figured out the answer!

Yes...

Superman used T-VO on Borg...the one thing Borg never tried to learn and that apparently breaks all rules in comics...

Mystery solved and case closed.
