I'd give Taskmaster better odds than most "street level" characters... even more than Cap or Batman

Midknighter wins, after a very long drawn out fight.

Midnighter wins because he's faster.

I'm not sure that he is faster

Taskmaster is fast enough to catch a bullet

Taskmaster has limits, but they are hard to find. For example. He got totally ripped apart by Spiderman with absolutely no effort in the Who Kidnapped Mary Jane storyline in less than a panel, yet could take on Ironman and Captain America at the same time for an entire issue before finally losing.
Midnighter, on the other hand, has easily shown to take on people with power like Ironman's just as well, and has yet to show an actual limit of victory.

Well in that case....Taskmaster takes the majority!

Hard decision, I wanna see some more evidence in either direction.
