The Elders are immortal, and that's why he couldn't digest them.
These people however aren't. We don't know about Juggs.

I was just showing how easy it would be to own these people. It also took a while for them to really affect Galactus. I don't see how it wouldn't count as a win.
That's how easy he is going to beat them.

Plus, In-Betweener tried to kill Galactus.

sad part is, all joking aside, that's probably what would happen within the comic.

Galactus, already having a herald, has no need of any of them. He vaporizes them and gets on with his job of eating planets.
