Let's face it, people. Resident Evil was scary enough, but Clock Tower for the Super Nintendo (export) made you play with the lights on. Which is scarier of the two?

I'm not sure what clock tower you are talking about but i played the one where was the guy with huge scssors. That was f!@king scary. MUCH scarier than RE...
