I am not much of an expert on who's the best Comic book superhero if all were taken into consideration.

What would be your guys Top Ten Comic Book Superheroes (in terms of fighting)?

For this thread alone, you'd have to define what a "hero" is, "in terms of fighting" how? (H2H skills, overall power, strength, intelligence, prep or no prep, etc.).

Then you'd need to focus it a bit more, because if 10 people posted their lists, not one would agree on anything because it's too broad a topic.

If you really need to know a few "high-end" heroes, Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer, Thor, Superman, Mr. Majestic, Reality-warpers like Franklin Richards or The Doctor, Jenny Quantum, various veteran Green Lanterns, etc. would all be somwhere on the list.
