Who wins in a battle between these 3?

Tron
Thor schools Black Alice. She could possibly steal his powers, but he still has Mjolnir.

Why is Spider-Man here?erm

She can steal any power, but lacks the knowledge to use it to it's potential, and lacks the general battle experience she would need to hang with a seasoned vet like Thor. She gets schooled, verily.

roll eyes (sarcastic) not really

in Birds Of Prey she was usng Zantanna's spells easilly.
Same when she used Dr Fate's powers

She was even able to ressurect her mom when she stole Felix Fausts powers.
Lastly she was able to school Eclipso when she got Spectres powers
Eclipso>Thor

All she needs to do is steal the powers of Phantom Stranger or Zantana and shes got this in the bag.

Verily wink
