what kind of preperation time is afforded to Reed Richards and or Brainiac?

Reed will stop brainiac, definitely. Reed is smarter than Brainiac.

Well Brainiac makes a surprise visit like he always does. Of course, Reed's instruments probably will detect him right before he enter's Earth's atmosphere, so he'll have like 5 minutes to think of something. Brainiac has all his powers, and the ff have all thier resorces except for more hero's.
