I liked Sean Peen so much more than Benicio in 21 Grams, thought he was brilliant.

Yeah, I wonder why those got overlooked. School of Rock isn't even Black's funniest role.

I thought it was great.

Jack Black and Ben Stiller are funny, but I hated those particular movies.

True...it's just that he owned it like I've never seen a role get owned before. If ever a role was made for only one actor in the world to play, it'd be that one.

EDIT:

DeNiro - Raging Bull: "You're very smart Joey. You give me all these answers, but you ain't givin' me the right answer. I'm askin' ya again. Did you or did you not?"

Nicholson - The Shining: "Wendy, darling, light of my life, I'm not gonna hurt ya."

Pacino - Heat: "You can get killed walking your doggy!"

Black - School of Rock: "Yes I was testing you. It's nine"

Stiller - Zoolander: "You can read minds?"

Christian Bale - Batman Begins / The Prestige

Michceal Caine - Batman Begins / The Prestige

Hugh Jackman - The Prestige / X-men movies

Hahaha, you wonder how that would happen seeing as he wrote the role for himself...

Daniel Day Lewis - My Left Foot
Jeff Bridges - The Big Lebowski
Charlie Sheen - Apocalypse Now
Jason Schwartzman - Rushmore
Min-Sik Choi - Oldboy

I couldn't leave The Dude out, but apart from that they're all amazing performances that haven't been mentioned yet.

Well, seeing as you said "If ever a role was made for only one actor in the world to play, it'd be that one", and keeping in mind that he wrote it for himself, then it makes what you said utterly redundant. Which is apt, as most of your posts go that way.

i dont think he's a good actor either...the only role was was passable was boiler room...the rest are just the exact same character played over and over again

but phantoms could have been reasonable if it weren't for the "giant oil slick" angle...but then if you're going to base a film on a dean koontz novel then you cant really expect anything else

2)Travolta - Pulp Fiction
3)Jack Nicholson - Cuckoos Nest
