I just looked up their stats, and it looks like thing might have the edge here. So unless Jennifer has some feats to show I'd have to say Ben 8/10. After all didn't Titana pimp slap Jennifer? And she (Titana) is the same strength class as Ben I believe.

Shulkie's been powered up recently, if I recall correctly.
