I am a good character fan...

The marvel villians are at a disadvantage. They either need stronger or more team mates. If you want to keep the same bad guys maybe add two more to balance out Supes, WW, and Cap.

It also voiced its own orders and intentions ("Target priority one! Re-vector thrust units! Tracking lock established! Launch!) as well as making monstrous screams during its attacks.

The Justice League cannot lose this fight.

Thor used his strongest blows on Mechanisaurus Rex and nothing. Superman barely beat Thor. Also there is more then just one of those characters. Monolith was able to knock a fully dense Vision into orbit at terminal velocity with one shot. Vision in his diamond density he weights 90 tons.
