Spectre is more of a Divine Cosmic Mystical. LT? both he and The Spectre are nearly equal. Except The Spectre does have the edge with magic and divinity.

Excuse the ignorance on my part, but in DC divinity (i.e. Spectre) is based in magic? I'd never really thought of it as magical per-se or cosmic either....just divine.

Which is exactly why this thread is pointless. We could sit here all day and just throw out powerful magic based characters. If a thread such as this is to be created it needs to have a tier limit. Either way DC's abstracts are magic based characters and thus they win.
