Sephiroth the main and most powerful antagonist (rather then Jenova) off of final fantasy 7. He has a powerful sword called the masurame which is about 6-7 feet in length (just an estimation) with the capability to call a meteor which is capable of completely devistating earth, among any other planet including the sun.

Master Roshi off of Dragonball-DBGT who originally invented the kamehameha wave which is cable of mass destruction (not exactly sure how powerful roshi's are but Goku's his leading pupil and most powerful being in the Dragon Ball world is capable of destroying universes with it at full power). Also Master Roshi is extremely fast especially for his age and can deliever quick and powerful punches to his opponets.

So you tell me, who will win?
