If he had complete knowledge on everybody like Batman did when he made the failsafes for the League, then yeah, he could do it.

How much prep?

I'm wondering that myself. Even Reed's gonna need more than 20 minutes of prep to win this.

I think Reed could pull it off with a whooooole lotta prep....

I'd say he could do it in about a week. A day for each member, and then a day to put it all together. Sounds about right for Reed.
