I'll go with surfer, he's has a lot more going for him than just strengh.

Gog Wars Doomsday should be able to beat Surfer.

Do you know anything about surfer?
Radiant was an idiot who was able to shoot energy blasts.

Surfer SHOULD be able to take DoS, Gog Wars and Hunter Prey for a majority.

EDIT: Assuming that he isn't allowed 'multiple lives' that is.

Are you telling me that Surfer is THAT MUCH MORE POWERFUL than Darkseid and Superman w/Motherbox tech COMBINED? Those 2 were not able to lay a scratch on Doomsday. So unless Surfer is now 100 times more powerful than that duo, he stands no chance.

How is surfer going to take majority over Hunter Prey if Darkseid's omega beams barely tickled him? Is Surfer that much more powerful than Darkseid?

Surfer is more powerful than the jobber Darkseid was in that appearance, yes.

Hulk has punched and destroyed energy before.

Does that mean that sufficiently enraged, he could do the same to Radiant?

DD is extremely limited against Surfer.

There's so much more Surfer can do to him, than the inverse.
