Brute is already pretty strong and tough but I am going to give him 8 hours of prep

Come on now he is suppose to be as smart as reed with superhuman strength and durability

I can see how Green Lantern would Punch Brute to the Suns Surface

He has the knowledge of Reed Richards 8 hours of prep and was able to absorb Geothermic energy from earths core so he might be able to the sun. And with prep I believe he could give Green Lantern a good fight.
