we all know what spiderman can do but heres the power of the captain

superhuman strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, and invulnerability, flight, ethereal energy-channeling costume generates energy in the form of a force field for additional protection or released as a strike of physical energy

Captain FTW.

He is a class 90 or something, plus much much more.

This could possibly be considered spite.

It's all a matter of Spiderman trying to get away with out getting his rear end kicked. Spiderman won't win but he might walk out of this one with out going to the hospital

I can agree with that.

I don't think this counts as spite since Captain Britain is not very well known. Still, Spidey gets curbstomped badly.
