Here are the two most likely scenarios:

Surfer tries to blitz, but Strange's pre-cog warns him and he puts up a shield. Strange stuffs Surfer in a power null bubble like he's done before.

Surfer tries to blitz, it works & Strange dies. Surfer proceeds to get the shit beaten out of him by a ghost.

Strange has stated before that he is not as powerful as Norrin...Strange can loose this one.

DS in a massive ass raping.

Then again that was in the old Defenders days...a lot has traspired since then
