Spiderman is web slinging through new york when he spots a meteior falling to the earth. He finds Brainiac coming out of the rubble, and Brainiac attacks. Who wins?

Yeah, he will probably have to swing around the city like he did against firelord. He will have to use buildings and explosions to win. but his spidey sense will warn him of braniacs attacks and he wil eventually prevail
