Zanetti has his eyes set for Metro City. However, he has to deal with the city's heroes in order to take comtrol completely.
Cody Travers, in the meantime, has reconstructive surgery on his knees (thanks to the Master Corporation), allowing him to fight once again along his brother, Kyle.
Cody has made peace with Guy and they become friends once again, and just in time, too, since Zanetti has sent his crew to take out Metro City's heroes.
