Any energy manipulator is Pwning Darkness , light causes his weapons and Powers to go kaput. Subsequently Havok let's off a omni-blast and everything Darkness creates is vaporised (as is the creator).

The effect since only sunlight and holly light effects him don't ask why he was made this way.(His powers are not based on only darkness but also shadows and even if there is light there are still shadows)

In fact, if I remember correctly, a Darkness-powered individual sometimes light a candle on purpose, to create shadows...

Well, um Havok isn't a street leveler. Shame that this thread sux so much we have to talk about non street level characters.
