Colossus would bitchslap the thing out of commission beforehand, just out of sheer annoyance.

Colossus then gets taken out by Terrax.

Terrax wins, with quite a bit of ease.

I have a comic where the Thing sucker punched him through a few skyscrappers once, but that just seemed to irritate Terrax as he came back and continued to beat the hell out of the FF4, so I would go with him for the win.
