All versions of Flash beat the twins very easily, except for current Jay

By forum rules this is Bart Allen vs the Beaubier twins. Flash wins.

Bart Allen has the entire speed force inside him, he's faster than any of the other flashes combined. He would KO the twins before they get a chance to think. If Aurora pulls off her hypnotic light that would pull off a few wins, but I doubt she would be able to pull it off against a Flash unleashed.

He very well could, but as of yet emo Bart doesn't have quite contol over his powers just yet. I hope they show his time when he was in the speed force with Superboy Prime.
