Batman Beyond goes back in time, and ends up battling the original Batman's enemies. Is he able to handle them?

batman's enemies are not meant to be physical threats, they're cerebral villains...batman outwits them, not outpowers them

I would say Bane with prep could stop him. If not there is no way he is getting past 7.

Does Terry have the benefit of Bruce's wisdom for this or is he all alone?

With Bruce he clears it.

Without Bruce he might not get past Bane, and stops for sure at Ra's al Ghul.

Yeah I suppose that bruce would go where Terry goes...so yeah he's with him on this.
