This standard boss grant,if I were to remove the bullet in grants heart. I'd have to eliminate uriens mental block, in doing so woould make him as powerful as gill.

Read his back story, urien was a canidate for president of the organization I.E. The Illuminati since the age of six. Gill was choosen over urien because of uriens mentality. He was emotionally unstable due to his inferiority complex. Gill and urien are equal in power as stated in street fighter eternal, But, due to uriens mental block he cannot reach his full potential.

Grant wins easily. He shakes the ground & Urien runs away. AND he's got a mask & a cape!!!!!!
