this is prolly very close. ik's matter manip is ltd and wouldn't be effective directly anyway. his resistance to tp is not great -- he's been screwed with in the past a couple times. their powersets are close, but the tp edge goes to vox.

martians alwasy seem to be able to overcome the fire weakness and ik wouldn't know that was a weakness anyway.
