Considering the use of the IG does it really matter if it is Surtur or the Green Alien Gazoo wielding it?

Surtur wins this easily. Even Nebula with the IG was able to spank the cosmics all at the same time.

I dont know about this if surtur is smart then he wins if not then he loses. Take a look at impossible man when he had the gauntlet he wasnt smart enough to use it properly.
