In an arena then no, but if he can use the environment then he stands a much better chance at immobilizing him.

Nah, colossus is way too durable. Landing a hit on parker might be an issue but if/when he does (say, collapsing a building on him or something) it's all over.

Parker doesn't really have anything in his arsenal that could do serious damage to Colossus. At best, peter avoids/outruns him for a stalemate, but more likely than not colossus wears him down and creams him.

This match depends A LOT of environmental factors. Are they fighting in NYC? In an arena? These things NEED to be addressed.
