DD strongest form vs Terrax's classic form. Starts in New York city, no prep. Who wins ?

Doomsday would crush him.

Terrax could pull off an upset if he fight smart.

If he tries to brawl in close with the axe though, he looses.

DD in his strongest form would either be Gog wars/HP

In one of those versions, he would slaughter Terrax

Terrax is a 6foot6 2,750 pound guy with the ability to augment his strength and has very good fighting ability and a Cosmic Axe that he used to put a hole into Galactus' ship.
