Black Tarantula is pretty tough...

Tough enough to tank Spidey's best blows, virtually immune to pain, has a healing factor, is pretty strong to boot..

There was pretty strong debate on whether Iron Fist can beat him, and Danny can (And has) given Iron Man and War Machine a touch time..

Shathra Kaine and Black Tarantula are stronger then spider-man and fast plus Blob and Armadillo are durable and strong. Note also this was Iron Man 6 years ago not current.

If you mean the one Danny fought, he's also done about as well against War Machine.

And lets not forget Spidey has punked out more modern Stark armor after Civil War.
