That's really cool! You should start using renders and creating backgrounds

whats a render??and Background to much for me to take in

a render is a cut out image.

I cut a section of the picture I want and use it

The picture in the sigs are kinda smushed. What are you doing to get the picture on it?

its pretty but i wouldn't know what matching was....never learned....

Lets say you want the background to match the picture in your sig. I would keep changing the colors around until your happy with the color you have.

I'd say to try and change the background to blue. It might match it a little better. Might

use the lasso tool, or eraser w/e to remove the white pixels, good renders such as most at www.planetrenders.net(i think thats th elink) lol, dont have the white pixels on the side, also if your using a free trial or microsoft picture it id suggest getting another program such as gimp

your current sig looks pretty good

just look up some tutorials (google ^^) it shuldnt be too hard to find some for photoshop its the most widely used program, and when u say paint shop do u mean normal paint? found in the accessories under programs? cuz if so screw playing around with that lol even if u dont know how to use photoshop u can only learn by playing around, try smudging renders and stocks, then creating new layers trying different blending modes etc.

currently i cant figure out how to upload brushes or fonts either, but there shuld be a portion of the program uner /c program files with the brushes, and fonts etc. problem is i cant figure out how to copy the files into those sections

I not sure how I feel about this one see I think I getting worst at making sigs and then I made a mastack and exited my text bar and can change size or font

font is fine and th epic looks good, but your still doing it too simple use brushes w/e for backrounds man u can do wonders in such simple ways

nice but i think gimp sux lol sorry but i do to different from photoshop and you cant do anything right like the radial gradient is stupid on it and all gimp is just to confusing and all and its gay that it has 3 different windows that u have to open unlike ps its all in 1.

i think you sould try doing different backgrounds. Use other techinques. Look through tutorials and stuf. Last time i looked at a tut was about 6 months ago. You learn to apply techniques to make your own stuff. Not just replications

Your stuff is okay though.

crappily cut render, and the backround is too simple
the bckrnd does kinda give a cool fealing
but its still way too simple
japenese text is sorta working, border would help alot
blend the render if enything
its a very bad cut, so blending it would hide it a bit

nice attempt at smudging lol, but usually if you gonna u gotta blend it in so that its almost hard to tell if it was part of him or not

another thing to do is to duplicate the render erase all of it except the hands or cut out the hands w/e and smudge the hands creating more of a glowy effect there

idk if u did but i told u how to upload the fonts and brushes just read though my thread one of the last posts i made

lol not gonna say its great but i guess its good for your first try its obvisous u know more about animating than i do, what that effect would be good for is a sig of like a lake or somethinf of that type, where the water is moving, and not daffy duck squid lol
