True. But Jean is not stupid like the boys she's up against. Knowing she's in a battle, the first thing she always does is defend herself or levitate an enemy. Meaning, a tk field would have already been up or the boys would have already been floating like dust even before the match. It's also what she does when she engages another's mind in telepathic combat. By the way, no matter how fast the boys are, Jean can inanimate them anytime with her telekinesis. She did it a couple of times to Quicksilver on X-Men Evolution during the first season when she was barely able to lift more than her weight. The battle will end with Jean playing with Kid Flash and Superboy for a while before finally ripping their hearts out or turning their minds off permanently.

xmarksthespot. You said it yourself. Cartoons aren't cannon and Jean was even depicted weaker there than in actual comic books. She woudn't even need to move to do anything to these kids. But anyway, logic doesn't play here so whatever you say..

One quick point .....one cannot compare Quicksilver (PARTICULARLY the teen QS from the Evolution cartoon series) with Kid Flash (or for that matter ANY Flash).

Comparing the two would be tantamount to comparing the speed of a rifle bullet with that of something moving at a velocity approaching that of a ray of light.

One (Quick Silver) is fast, but the other (Kid Flash) is beyond fast. He is the epitome of speed.

Jean Grey wouldn't even be able to see them coming, or think of any defense (last year, or beginning of this year, I posted some stats on the speed of a fast-acting neuron put against the stated speed of characters like the Flash and Superman).

She has no chance.

(BTW: Even against the comic ...not cartoon, comic ....QuickSilver, she would have a very hard time. And I am not talking about the 'enhanced' version of QS ....just your typical QS fighting according to KMC rules. For instance there are some panels somewhere in the expanse of KMC that show what QS did to Exodus. He basically pawned Exodus like there was no tomorrow using only speed .....one of the best showings, and one of the few that has QS actually showing what he can do with his speed. While QS is nowhere near a Flash in terms of sheer extent and applicative intricacy of speed, he should be an extremely effective combatant nonetheless. Note: Exodus is one of the more powerful mutants out there, with prodigous levels of psionic powers ranging from the telekinetic, to the telepathic, to even teleportation ....not to mention superhuman strength and a level of invulnerability. A nice measure of his psionic powers is that he was able to reverse the mind-wipe that Prof.X had done on Magneto, and an example of his telekinetic ability is how he managed to crush the island of Genosha with a forcefield. QuickSilver pawned the guy! While there was a previous occasion whereby Exodus was able to trap QS in a forcefield, the situation I am talking about had QS using his speed to the utmost).

Anyways, Jean doesn't have a chance in this (unless Kid Flash and Superboy decide to simply let her win, and based on KMC rules that wouldn't happen).
It would be a slaughter.

There wasn't so hard was it

while picking him up, he fingersnaps causing a sonic boom, and imps her a couple hundred times before hitting the ground. then while her gay boyfriend cyclops comes to help(a total waste of a character) he's thrown into the speedforce before being able to take off his "cool"
