I would Say Sentry but his mental state isn't where it should be for the title

Thor and WonderMan don't count. Thor is not Superman esque and WonderMan isn't strong enough or a copy of Superman.

Well when he becomes Hollywood in Guardians of the Galaxy he is.

Is powered by Ionic Energy (Similar to the way Supes is powered by Yellow Sun energy)

And it would've been the real marvel future except for the Korvac thing.

So present Wonderman could still become him.

Majestic would take this one.

Hollywood would take Majestic

Hollywood isn't in that list, and I wouldn't say he's like Superman either.

But he does match the Superman profile.

Then he'd be more like Nefaria. He doesn't quite have the profile though.

Sentry or Majestic

Nefaria should also be on that list as well. He even has a weakness, ionic energy.

But Hollywood fits the profile enough for this list.

Nefaria's a bit too evil.

There's been evil supermen, just read elseworlds, Superboy prime was evil.

Superboy Prime wasn't a Superman. Just ask Superman. He'll give you a Jesus speech about it, and ruin a good comic with it.

Majestic isn't consistently shown as durable enough to even begin to fit the lofty title of man of Steel.

I'd say Supreme, if possible.
