See the scene plays out like this. The US. government suspects Britain's Scotland's yard of exchanging national secrets with foreign enemies.So our gov sends out USagent on assignement to infiltrate. But once there, encounters Union Jack and the battle rages on. Now just a little background on UJ, he is expertly trained in espionnage and covert ops. He is a master at hand to hand combat, peak superhuman physique and a firearms specialist. So who takes this?

I think its a stalemate in my opinion

Union Jack gets the SHIT kicked out of him....maybe you havent, read union jack...but he actually isnt the greatest warrior....

The new UJ, J.Chapman has Mystically enhanced strength, speed, and endurance; martial arts and hand-to-hand combatant; highly skilled with a knife and a hand gun. The guy is also affiliated with MI5. If anybody has ever watched James Bond, you would know that they are the equivalent of the Cia and Interpol. I mean this guy is badass.

After the Raft was destroyed, US Agent was sent to recapture super villians and here he takes out Piledriver of the Wrecking Crew with two hits.

Maximum Security #3: Ronan the Accuser
Ego and Ronan threaten the galaxy, but the Avengers and the X-Men led by US Agent are sent to stop him. Ronan has become augmented by Ego, but that doesn't stop US Agent even after treated the Avengers strongest members as toys such as Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Hercules, etc.

Jack isn't going to take on USAgent in a face to face confrontation but he could take him out with stealth and covert ops skills if he needed to.

Remember, they were part of the Invaders together and US Agent is just as highly trained as he is.

US Agent is going to be joining Omega Flight maybe he will be actually cool...doubtful

US Agent destroys Union Jack and I also like UJ much better.

USAgent wins this... even though he's a jerk while UJ is cool. I'm sorry, but UJ has no chance seeing as USAgent has a HUGE strength and durability advantage, while being equally as skilled.
