If Tia Dalma use to be Davy Jones love that means Tia Dalma is evil because she said "See it was a woman as changing, and harsh and untamable as the sea. He never stopped loving her." and Tia Dalma and Davy Jones has the same heart shaped locket. Is Tia Dalma good or evil?

I guess we have yet to see.....but what i think she meant by that was that she couldnt be tied down and she broke Davy's heart because she wouldnt settle!
