I can't talk about Odin/Mangog but Perkius failed to kill human Thor. He had a tough time with just plain old Thor even if he did win. Warrior Madness Thor w/Power Gem fell easily to Thanos who is already seen to be below Tyrant in power. Perkius doesn't seem to be a threat to a guy who can take on a team of Herald-level beings with little effort. I'm giving the team of Odin/Tyrant the advantage.

Not that I mean to use A>B>C logic but it works sometimes.
