Franklin power are not close to the level of HoM Wanda or MJJ.
What has he done so that he could defeat fully powered Galactus. Just because the nature of his powers, it's not automaitic win and because Celestial said he is so powerful.
Is he powerful enough to defeat him? What is Franklin greatest feat?

Galactus at full power was always a real deal against any adversary and is a top dog.

Maybe I am wrong but Galactus couldn't beat Mephisto with consuming his realm but Franklin destroyed Mephisto in his realm even though he eventuallly?
