I dunno that Marvel team is pretty powerful. 8th day Jugs, and Warrior Madness Thor are pretty ridiculous.

League by mass speedblitz (assuming no prep)

Thor and Juggernaut buy Doom, Yellow Claw, and Mandarin the time they need (about 5 minutes) to come up with a way to neutralize the powers of all the JLA members. Team Marvel wins.

8th Day Juggy, Warrior Maddness Thor, Adam Warlock and Mar-Vell can solo the JLA.
