If anakin hadn't of been so foolish and he had done what he was suposed to do (beat obi wan). what would sidous have done with padme and the children? Sidous couldn't save her what would he have done. anakin surely would of taken his children and left.

Anakin probably still would have killed Padme, accidently or not, she never would have gone along with him.

padme didnt die because anakin choked her she died because he turned to the darkside

I think that once Anakin joined the Dark Side and destroyed the Jedi Order, Sidious would've killed Padme and blamed it on surviving Jedi so that Anakin would be even more determined to find them and kill them.
