As far as I know, Angel has a decent healing factor. That, and he can fly at high speeds. 185 miles an hour. Very compact muscle mass, nearly no fat whatsoever, so he's got to have a decent hit. A punch while going 185 miles an hour should do some damage.

Spidey outclasses him in strength without question. agility is fairly close due to Angels birdlike build, hollow bones and such. I think it could easily go either way, but my money is on Angel atleast 6/10 atleast.
