Oblivion has also said that he existed even before the previous Universe of the Infinity Being.

Which makes sense, since before that there was nothing, and Oblivion is the embodiment of nothingness.

It's possible, but it stands to reason since Oblivion is the embodiment of nothingness,

and what existed before the previous Universe?

Nothing.

Well TOAA is eternal for all of Marvel, so it stands to reason that he exists, and also Oblivion exists BECAUSE of him. In marvel, there is nothing which does not spring from TOAA.

That will not help him against Oblivion nore Entropy (if I understand the character correct) for that matter.

In the story, Captain Britain walks into a building that Jaspers is in, Jaspers is warping reality within the building turning it into a madhouse.

Captain Britains opens a door within the building only to see the star like scene your scan depicts.

Can someone explain to me how that means Jaspers became Eternity by creating a space like environment by warping reality within a building?

One with the universe? Dont know about that. It was consumed by his warp meaning the laws of the universe were perverted according to his desire.

He never became Eternity, or took over his role as the sentience of the universe, in touch with all that is the physical universe. More he warped all that is Eternity with his reality warp.
