Major Snafu
It's no hidden fact that Johnny is a Peter Sellers fan, which shows in his latest movie, HWAAAAA!! - Part Two (which he is shooting in Southtown), in which Johnny tries to dropkick his co-star, Channie Jack, who ducks and Johnny goes crashing into the kitchen (a reference from the Sellers flick, The Return of the Pink Panther).

Following the shoot, Johnny goes to the Illusion Bar to relax and unwind. Robert Garcia is also there and like Cyrax, feels ripped off on Ninja Mine, and deduces that the movie star is a fake.
Johnny, in typical fashion will have to show Robert that he is indeed the real deal.
