In open space, Morg has more power in both strength and energy wielding, on a planet or a big asteroid field, well, it's different story.
Terrax can erect shields and constructs of stone powered by cosmic energies and slow Morg or distract him while then attacking on his own.
In space, Morg 7-8/10.
In a scenario with stones, Terrax 6/10.

Terrax is the black sheep of heralds.
