RKT is badass - but I think THanos /w power gem alone could probably stop him.

Thanos knows how to utilize the gem's potential unlike most beings and he's still smarter than RKT - imho.

RKT was very powerful, but with such limited appearences, putting hearsay and oppinion aside, it's hard to properly gauge his power.
