I will think up more as I go along but definately for me, the number one would be Darth Maul.

He MADE that movie for me which is my favorite Star Wars (yeah, I know..... embarrasment )

Also, Boromir in Lord of the Rings.

Not enough of Colossus in X men and not enough Juggernaut/Sabertooth.

More later.

If somewhere already posted, sorry. But, I didnt find any.

rockycairns
Robert the Bruce in Braveheart

Winston Wolfe in Pulp Fiction

Lester Diamond in Casino

Jimmy Conway in Goodfellas

botankus
I thought Robert the Bruce got a lot of screen time. Maybe you wish he would've been something like the 2nd main star, eh?

phillip seymor hoffman in along came polly

Jar Jar binks.. haha JOKING!

I agree with Colossus not so much the rest. Hmm this is hard to think up off the top of my head. I am going with the Aston Martin in Casino Royale.

Impediment
Sabretooth should have been in at least one of the X-Men sequels. Period.

I agree 100% with all the ones you mentioned except Juggernaught. They kinda made him a joke instead of using him better. No need for a list of my own, really. LOL

Rampant ox
Count Dooku in Star Wars II and III. Also I strongly feel that Sarumans fall should have been added into ROTK. erm

Wolfie
He's not a favorite but I thought the turtle from Finding Nemo was the only high point of the movie and he only had one or two scenes.

jason maddox
I always wish they would have used more of Book and Inara in Serenity

Mr Parker
Robbie Robertson,Betty Brant and Flash Thompson from the spiderman comics.

Lord Shadow Z

Yeah, I noticed Inara really had nothing to do in the film. I mean she tussles with The Operative a bit but after that she fades into the background...weird considering shes the love interest of Reynolds.
I wasn't terribly surprised what happened to Book though...

Lighthammer
Drake in Aliens

spidey-dude
i wish they put nightcrawler in X3. would have been better if they did more than scenes with him.

rockycairns
Robert the Bruce could have been in it a bit more though i really like Angus McFadyen's performance in that film he was overlooked by the oscar

exanda kane
Sgt. Dignam smile

MildPossession
Tilda Swinton's character in Broken Flowers, she was barely in it.

Dusty
Daniel Craig in 'The Jacket'

exanda kane
As alot of people have mentioned, I'd like to add that alot of the X-Men were simply misused, I know that's another discussion, but Cyclops, Colossus and Sabertooth all deserved more screentime/developement.

Strangelove
For having a movie named after him, Dr. Strangelove is remarkable underused in Dr. Strangelove. Which is a shamde

I'd rather be put in a straight jacket than see five minutes of that again.

Bummer.

Jokerinthedeck
Scarecrow in Batman Begins. They developed the character really well visually, then they only had him on screen for 2 minutes or so (Not Dr. Crane, just Scarecrow.)

ragesRemorse
Superman- Superman Returns, for a superman movie there really wasnt very much superman momments, and the ones that did shocase superman were basically scenes recycled from the original

X-men3- All of the x-men aside from storm and wolverine in. Seriously, that movie should have been called Wolverine and storm. I guess this was the least of this movies problems though

MildPossession
Jennifer Jason Leigh in Palindromes, she played one of the better versions of the character for me, and she didn't get a lot of time on screen.

Survivor01
Albert Wesker got wasn't even in the movies and he caused every problem that happened in Resident Evil

ragesRemorse
the aliens and predator in aliens vs predator

bakerboy
Not a favourite character, but one of my favourite actress. Julie Christie's roles in troy(thetis) and harry potter and the prisionar of azkaban(madame rosmerta) could be longer, not only a few minutes.

Mr Parker

Yeah Dr Crane could have been better developed. Also now that someone else mentioned it,most the xmen characters from the x-men movies. The movie is called XMEN not Wolverine for god sakes!!! mad Also since someone else mentioned it,Boba Fett should have been in in Jedi more, damn Lucas for killing him off so soon!!!!! mad

I do disagree with these two points. These are both supporting characters, and although Crane has a place in the plot of Batman Begins, you can't tread too far away from the plot, or it just won't sit well with the audience. You have to remember that it's Bruce Wayne's story we are following, not the Scarecrow's, and I felt the Scarecrow was very well represented. I feel the same way aout Boba Fett; a very interesting character, but Return of the Jedi isnt his story.

However, I definetly agree with the X-Men point, but not in a way that would damage the plot.

SnakeEyes
Boba Fett.

=Tired Hiker=
The Gimp in Pulp Fiction. no2

I have to argee with you with that.Darth Maul did have a very little part and Binks had alot. How is that fair?Maul is so much better and have the best lines I thought anyway!I have no idea why movies do that it is so annoying.jm mad

Maybe Maul could have been a decent character if so. I've just rolled my eyes at Darth Maul since I first saw the Phantom Menace, so over the top, yet predictable to breathe some blood into the PT, and it set the pattern for the whole trilogy; style over content.

ladygrim
Boromir obviously
Zorg from the fifth element
Sirius black in the fourth potter movie but hopefully 5 compensates for it

I knew the phantom menace would suck when i first saw Darth Maul.He was the dumbest thing about that movie,he looked like one of those rock stars from KISS.not at all a believeable villian.BOTH maul and jar jar were the worst things about that movie.
