Thor and Hulk on the same team for the win.

Yellow Iron Man could pwn old school Jordan ...

The only guy's on that Team worth half a damn are Thor and Hulk.

Hal flings the jolly giant clean into the sun and a team-up of Martian Manhunter and Flash takes out Thor.

The rest get WTFPWNED easily.

At this point isn't GL pretty much powerless against anything yellow? And just how powerfull/developed are Flashes abilities?

With these questions in mind I give the nod to Marvel 7/10. I mean Thor used his "other" powers alot more back then, and with the Hulk going beserk and the others to create interference....
