Omega Red is way out of her league

Spider-Woman. With her SHIELD training, she'll be aware of his death factor. Thus she'll use her superior agility and flight to move away from Omega Red and bombard his Communist a$$ with venom blasts from above.

Spider-Woman's venom blasts are powerful enough to reduce tanks to scrap metal and blow wings off a 747 jet plane.

A couple of blasts will do him in. If not, he can't reach her even with his coils and she won't be in range for his death factor to work. Thus allowing Spider-Woman to bomb his Russian tide to her heart's content.

No way dude. I do not share your vision on that scenario. Omega is a freaking beast and Spidey broad ain't gonna cut the mustard on that one. Forget it!!!!
