Both of these warriors seem to have similar durability traits, meaning that they both have trouble with bullets, but can shrug off punches from other top-tiers.

So, leaving out bracelets, armor, and and magic hammers, which one gernally seems to be able to take more punishment?

I'm pretty sure its Thor

Actually there have been some recent studies to suggest otherwise.

Regardless, all else being equal, men are bigger, stronger, faster, tougher. Thor wins.

That's not true, a lot of people say woman can withstand more pain, woman got more nerve's at the top of there skin, that means they can feel a little better than the man, but it also means they can't withstand more pain.

I'd, in all earnesty, say that Thor has taken anything Diana has and more.

Obviously, though, with her bracelets, she is MUCH more durable.

There may well be some truth to what you're saying. But childbirth is a special deal; women had to evolve to be able to take it, or there'd be no human race today. There is no comparable feat for the male (well, except maybe living with a PMSing female -- just kidding!!).

However, in terms of who could better handle, say, the pain of a broken arm: the idea of women being tougher in this regard is not supported by the recent studies.

But we're talking averages. The bottom line, of course, is that the range of pain tolerance between the sexes will be less than the range of pain tolerance within a given gender.
