The scene is in a simulation room. The landscape changes every hour to a random setting. It goes from jungle, to inner city, to desert, the moon etc.

Huntress has her normal weapon which is her bow. Tigra is unarmed but being that the first environment is a brazilian jungle, advantage Tigra in terms of surroungings.

Who wins?

I think Tigra might have an edge although she has no weapons.
